ABOUT ME
& MY JOURNEY

My path has crossed three cultures and has always been anchored by the same thread, a deep, unwavering connection to people.

How coaching found me

My resilience has always been the reason or rather, the trajectory that has kept me moving forward in life.

As a Lebanese, it’s almost passed down to us through the environment we, or our parents, grew up in.

I can say now that without it, I wouldn’t have been able to confront my illness the way I did.

Being from a mixed background, my mother Danish and French, my father Lebanese.

I’ve always wondered where my place was in this world, or which community I truly belonged to.

It goes without saying that moving to four different countries in the first fourteen years of your life gives you perspective on how rich cultures across the world can be, and how they shape the way you see life through wider lenses.

But what stood out to me the most was my ability to adapt every time.

For me, it was always about the people, the friends who became family, and the family who drew closer, helping me through each change.

That’s when I understood that my passion, my natural sense of connection to people, was my strength.

That’s why I chose this profession, because it comes so naturally to me to want to connect, to understand, and to help others grow.

When I do that, it doesn’t feel like a job anymore it feels like what I’m meant to do in this life.

Professional Backround

For over a decade, I worked in high-level event management with organizations such as Albéa, pharmaceutical groups, and INSEAD. Those years sharpened my attention to detail, discipline, and presence. Qualities I now bring to the delicate work of transformation.

It was at INSEAD that I first encountered coaching and witnessed its profound impact.

Then came a turning point, a major physical change born of illness. That experience brought clarity and strength, leading to my research thesis,

“How self-confidence coaching fosters better social and professional reintegration for women transitioning to a new physical reality.”

Because confidence and self-esteem are not peripheral they are the foundation. They allow grounding, movement, and reinvention.

That is why I chose to make them the heart of my work, offering a space for transformation that is peaceful, deep, and structured where each person can meet themselves again, with gentleness.
